We are thrilled to share this Tankardstown House Wedding with you today. Karina began her wedding preparations in the Intercontinental Hotel in Ballsbridge with her family and friends.
Karina and Richard met each other whilst studying in Trinity College Dublin so they decided that the perfect place to say their wedding vows would be in the iconic Trinity Chapel. Richard stood patiently at the top of the aisle awaiting the beautiful Karina. It was a magical moment as she made her way towards him, with onlookers watching from beyond the chapel gate.
Shortly after the ceremony the weather took a slight turn for the worse but we managed to get a few shots, umbrella in tow in the front square. As wedding photographers we have no problem with taking photos in the rain as long as it is not torrential, if you have an umbrella and are happy to try it can be good fun :)
Once we all arrived to Tankardstown House there was a slight break in the weather so we all dashed outside for some couple photographs. Tankardstown House is a fantastic venue and they are extremely accommodating to their couples and photographers. The venue had a room cleared for us within minutes for the family photos which we took in their opulent wine and gold room.
Karina and Richard had a fantastic evening full of speeches, laughter and dancing. Thank you to the lovely couple for having us as their wedding photographers and to Tankardstown House for their hospitality x
