It is a real pleasure to be able to share the gorgeous Summerhill House Wedding of Alma and Alison. As Wicklow wedding photographers we love having the opportunity to cover weddings in Summerhill House Hotel. Situated at the foothills of Enniskerry Village this venue offers the unique opportunity to have your ceremony outside in their garden. As this June wedding boasted typical Irish weather we were all unsure whether or not the ceremony could take place outside until just a few minutes beforehand when Alma and Alison decided to throw caution to the wind and rain and go for it!
Their intimate ceremony was really moving with readings from family and friends and a gorgeous blessing. However one of the cutest parts of the entire ceremony was when the couple's dogs Misty and Charlie brought the rings up the aisle during the vows.
Once the ceremony was finished we took some group photos and couples shots outside the venue before heading inside for dinner. The entertainment continued well into the night with an ice-cream truck, a Weddings by Kara photobooth and a rocking band!
